Property was absolutely amazing, I truly enjoyed the stay.

View on lake and mt was EXCELLENT, the room was huge and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. The location offered was great close to Willows shopping centre & local restaurants and shops, hospital, entertainment, family, Personal and car security at Highest level.

Had a reasonably large apartment, which allowed us to enjoy particularly nice view on lake. It included a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle, and the bed was very comfy.

This place has a fantastic location, being conveniently near the activities we needed to do, as well as the shopping center, restaurants, and scenic lagoon and river walk.

Room had a lovely view. Short way from Riverway Cafe, where you can have lunch;)))

That it was close to the sports oval where we had to attend everyday and in was comfortable had a great time and close to shops. The staff were excellent couldnt ask for more thankyou.Lissa Robertson

The location here is fantastic, right next to the city center and beautiful river walks. 🌊.

The access to beautiful walking tracks, swimming facilities and sporting grounds. Pretty outlook from the room. The Manager was very helpful and pleasant.

Carpets are due for a steam.

Stay was comfortable would have been good to have had a compendium in the room and the phone did not work Other than that stay was good

Location: the hotel is conveniently located near the coast, JCU, the hospital, and barracks, making it easy to explore the suburbs of Townsville. the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responding promptly to requests. We booked a tidy room that was consistently kept very clean.

Quiet environment / nice location/ good parking/ friendly staff.

Carpet in lounge had number of stains that did not do apartment justice.

This hotel has a fantastic central location near shopping centers, free swimming pools, parks, and sports complexes, making it convenient to access restaurants and shops.

The rooms were very spacious and being self contained, the appliances themselves were clean and modern. You had one private car park located under the building WITHOUT the extra cost plus plenty of public car parking for those with visitors. I will be staying here again thats for sure!

The location for the sports ground was really good and the facilities along the river were excellent. The accommodation was clean, well kept and secure.

The kitchen equipment was limited and could have done with some additional cups, saucers etc.
